5/5 Stan is amazing. He knew exactly what to say to get the other driver’s insurance company to take me seriously and start communicating. They tried to pressure me with a very low offer and Stan knew all the moves to make to get them to quickly settle for a fair amount.

The adjusters gave me an offer based on mathematical formulas of "if the damage was x dollars then DV is x." They did not take into account the expectations of the consumer, which I argued is what drives diminished value in the real world. I have a luxury vehicle that is in limited supply with a cult-like following and there high demand among fans for a pristinely maintained vehicle. They will pay for it!  Stan was able to build a solid case with multiple examples for my make and model of vehicle to show them the impact of an accident on how the all-important consumer's perception and behaviors actually are what should be considered when calculating DV, at least for luxury or other vehicles with unique markets such as collector's, antique, custom vehicles etc.  I couldn't have received a reasonable and appropriate settlement without Stan's help.
